| Shipping Fees: $7.00 Flat-Rate US Orders Only. Special $7.00 flat-rate is for orders shipped to the contiguous U.S. Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS Ground Service. PO BOX orders are not eligible for shipment with UPS. The domestic shipping rate of $7.00 applies to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states via UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post. Our online shopping system will automatically apply shipping rates for all other locations based on your order amount, location, and method of choice, allowing you to see the total cost of your order prior to submitting it and obtaining an Order Number. |

Return Policy
- All returns must be pre-notified. Prior to returning any defective or unwanted products please complete a Return Authorization. To complete a Return Authorization, log in to your account, and select "Return an Item" from the account menu. Complete the form, and a customer service representative will respond via e-mail within 2 business days.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund, exchange or credit.
- For all orders, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
- Please, obtain a tracking number from a shipping carrier when sending a return. We are not responsible for returns lost on the way to us.
When returning your package please include:
- Order ID Number
- A note telling us what the problem was.
- A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
Returning of malfunctioned or incorrectly shipped items
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
- Shipping charges will be refunded after we have received and verified the condition of the product for malfunction items.
- Incorrect items won't be accepted if their packaging is open or item is used.
- Items returned for malfunction exchange will be shipped out via Standard service at no extra charge.
Returning of unwanted items
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
- We cannot accept unwanted products that are opened or were used.
- Unwanted oils and lubricants won't be accepted for return.
- We are not responsible for any shipping charges for the items.
- Exchange items will be shipped via Standard service at no extra charge.
Returning videos/DVDs
- Due to the ease of duplication, video and audiotapes are returnable only if the seal is unbroken.
- You may return unopened videos for up to 30 days after purchase. In exchange, you will receive either refund in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling) or a replacement item of the same value.
- We can only accept opened videos for return if they were defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same video at our cost or refund credit card.
- We cannot offer credit or an exchange for a different product for any video that has been opened.
